StreetGraphics is a vectorial/paint hybrid drawing program for Win95/WinNT. The editor is fully vectorial but the rendering, which is not done with the GDI, allows transparent bitmaps, colour blending, brush shapes, soft edged shadows and other rich artistic effects.
