This is a small program that allows you to change some nice things on the
Righteous 3d Board. For exampel you can turn off the irritating Logo, or
you maybe want to change the brightnes.

SETUP NOTES:

If you had any other tweeking utilities installed before, please remove
all the settings they made in your Autoexec.bat.

Just put the program where you want it.When you run it for the first time,
the program creates a 3d_user.ini file on the bottom of you c:\ drive.
