Start the demo using one of the following commands:

    NOSOUND      - for some 4 meg machines (640*480*256)
    VERYLOW      - for 4 meg machines (640x480x256, 6,000 Hz Sound)
        LOW      - for lower speed machines (640x480x256, 11,025 Hz sound)
     MEDIUM      - for fast machines (800x600x256, 22,050 Hz sound)
       HIGH      - for fast machines with 2M VRAM (640x480x32K, 22,050 Hz)
     CUSTOM      - select any combination of screen mode and sound
                   quality
Notes

- Use arrow keys to change the volume of the music and sound effects.
- Use VERYLOW or NOSOUND if you have less than 8 Mb of memory.
- Your video card must have at least 1 Mb of video memory.
- Screen modes above 800x600x256 require 2 Mb of video ram. 1024x768x32K
  requires 4 Mb of video ram.
