Color matte clip

Color matte clips can be placed on VA tracks to create video clips. They can also be placed on T tracks.

Thumbnail

Shows a thumbnail for the color matte clip.

Duration

No duration is set for color matte clips when they are first created. (Displayed as "--:--:--;--".) Duration is set after the clip is placed on tracks.

Clip name

The clip name given when it is first created is "Color Matte". To change it, click the clip name to highlight it, and then enter your desired name.
