[Project Settings] dialog box

The [Project Settings] dialog box allows you to specify the project name, project saving location, and other project-related options.

Project file

• Project Name
  Enter your desired project name.
• Folder
  Allows you to select a folder in which the project file is saved. Click the [...] button and specify one in the [Browse for Folder] dialog box.

[Preset] tab

Select a format for [Output] here. The description of the selected format in [List of Presets] is shown in the [Description] field.

[Setup] tab

Drop frame

Allows you to select either of drop frame or non-drop frame for project timecode display when NTSC has been selected for the hardware setting.

CODEC

Select a CODEC to be used for rendering.

Start time code

Type in the timecode at the start point of the project. The default setting is "00:00:00;00".

Total length

If you have a planned length for the project, specify it here. The default setting is "--:--:--;--".

Over Scan Size

If you use overscan, enter the ratio for it here. If overscan is not used, set the value to "0".
