The Strobe/Freeze filter gives an effect like a strobe light flashing.
Setup dialog
Set the amount of time between flashes with the Interval slider, and set the duration of each flash with the Duration slider.
You can select the flash type by choosing one of four combinations: Move and Freeze, Move and Color Frame, Freeze and Freeze, and Freeze and Color Frame. The color frame color can be freely selected.
