The Anti Flicker filter suppresses distracting flicker in the picture. It is most effective when applied to video with relatively little movement.

Set the antiflicker power by dragging the slider.
Note
To check the effect of applying this filter, you need to connect a video monitor to the computer and check the video on the monitor screen.
