LVM: New features

• Volume Group Quorum enables active logical volume use in cases where some Physical Volumes are inaccessible

• Writable Snapshots

• enables fsck on a snapshot of a mounted filesystem to test its integrity

• supports running applications under test on production data by tampering with the data in the snapshot; no harm to the real production data in this case
