Incorrect version of the DLL file <name> was found. (Error 3445)

For Microsoft Jet databases, the installed Microsoftｮ Jet DLL (msajt200.dll for 16-bit versions, or msjt2032 for 32-bit versions) must be version 2.5 or later.

For ODBCDirect databases, the installed Remote Data Objects (RDO) DLL (msrdo32.dll) must be version 1.0 or later.

Try reinstalling the application that returned the error.
