The Windows Installation directory restoration process no longer requires the setup program to be present at the initial setup location after the system reboots. 2. Only vendor and device IDs of the Intel® chipset components currently detected on the system are updated by this Installation Utility. Revision: Beta Version 1.06 Release Information: No changes. Revision: Beta Version 1.05 Release Information: 1. The installer restores the Windows Installation directory value upon exit of the program; on some systems, directory value may need to be modified during program execution in order to accomodate installation of the INF files. Revision: Production Version 1.01 Release Information: 1. Corrected typos seen in the user interface dialog boxes. 2. Addressed an issue where Device Manager displays Exclamation Marks on Primary and Secondary IDE Controller after install on a Window 95 Retail, Windows 95 OSR2x and Windows 98. Revision: Production Version 1.00 Release Information: 1. The dialog box which notifies the user that their system does not support USB is no longer displayed. 2. Device Manager Exclamation Marks are no longer detected on Primary and Secondary IDE Controller after installing INFs on Window 95 OSR1. 3. The Readme.txt and ReleaseNotes.txt will not be copied to the target system if installation is running in silent mode. 4. The Intel® 82802 Firmware Hub Device information is no longer attached to the ICHx.INF. It is now in IFWH.INF. 5. The ICHxIDE.INF no longer assigns legacy ISA mirror I/O resources to the Intel® 82801AA/AB Ultra ATA Controller. Revision: 0.93 Beta Evaluation Release Information: 1. Addressed an issue where Intel® 82802 Firmware Hub Device information was not being updated on Windows 95* systems. The issue has been addressed in this release.
