name and number of the Service Provider.
Please have the unit's product name (usually found on the front panel of
the machine).
Please have the unit's serial number (found on the bar-coded label on
the back of the machine).
Please have the purchase date and proof of purchase information.
Please have the list of all 3rd party hardware and software installed in
the machine.
Please have the description of the condition under which the problem
occurred and all error messages.
Please be in front of the machine so that you can perform any necessary
diagnostic procedures requested by the support representative.
