This BIOS fixs:

- Detect 2 Mitsumi 6x CDROM
- Fix Infra Red Function
- Slow Boot After CMOS Clear
- Fix Keyboard Deturbo Function
- Auto Table invalid if do not enter Chipset Setup.
- This BIOS also adds an option the PCI VGA used IRQ
line can be changed to yes which may be necessary for
some VGA TV tuner video cards.
