This 11/10/97 date code Award BIOS is for the P5F83 Sparrow Motherboard.

The following list includes all fixes and changes made in all BIOS files
up to and including the 11/10/97 date code BIOS.


Fixes, and or changes applied in 06/10/97 version

1) This was the first BIOS available for this motherboard.


Fixes, and or changes applied in 08/08/97 version

1) The BIOS inability to correctly identify the Fujitsu M1624TAU depending
   on when the drive was formatted which BIOS was used to format it.
2) Compatibility with the Diamond Stealth 2500 video card and any other
   video card that uses the Alliance chipset.
3) Inability to use the Keyboard Turbo and Deturbo functions.


Fixes, and or changes applied in 10/13/97 version

1) When using the Intel Pentium 233MHz MMX CPU and 16MB or 32MB DIMM
   installed in DIMM slot two the system may appear dead upon boot up.


Fixes, and or changes applied in 10/28/97 version

1)  This BIOS was created to support motherboard component changes in the 
   assembly process, and does not fix any problems or make any relevant 
   changes as far as the end user is concerned.

1) Some CD-ROM drives may by incorrectly identified as a Zip drive by the BIOS.
