Example: diskcopy a: a: Steps for installing the Windows NT driver ------------------------------------------- 1. Bootup Windows NT in VGA. 2. Within the Main folder double click or enter on Control Panel. 3. Select the Display Icon. 4. Double click or Alt-C on "Change Display Driver" button. 5. Select the "Change" button. 6. Select the "Other" button. 7. It will prompt you for a disk in drive a:, put the Imagine 128 Drivers disk in drive a: and enter. 8. The "#9 Imagine 128" driver will be highlighted, press install. 9. A windows will come up about the installing drivers, answer "yes". 10. Press the continue button on Windows NT setup. 11. After the installation is complete, reboot the system. 12. Repeat steps 1-3. 13. Select desired resolution, color depth and refresh rate, * NOTE * THE RESOLUTION AND REFRESH RATE THAT YOU CHOOSE MUST BE SUPPORTED BY YOUR MONITOR, DAMAGE MAY OCCUR IF YOU GO BEYOND THE LIMITS. * If the machine startup in vga after the driver has been loaded and fails to load the I128.sys file, try changing the IRQ settings in the CMOS of the computer. These IRQ settings are the interupts for the devices in the computer. The latest driver updates can be found in each product's file area, and files of general interest (shareware, etc.) can be found in the General library. An E-mail system is available for technical questions about Number Nine products or about the BBS in general. A complete listing of available files can be downloaded by invoking the "Download List of Files" command from any file library menu. On the US BBS, RIP graphics are supported, and a RIP compatible terminal program is available in the General library (RIPTM154.ZIP). Many files are self-extracting, but some files will require the latest version of PKUNZIP to decompress. PKUNZIP is available in the General library (filename PKZ204G.EXE), and can also be found on most on-line services such as Compuserve and America Online.
