***** NEW AKP FILE FORMAT *****************************************************

Now the AKP files are independent of the version of WinRec. So you haven't change
the whole file, if you got a new version.

WinRec (V1.37 and higher) can be configured to nearly all languages. The
translation of teh dialogs and menu st stored in the AKPx.DAT files. 'x'
stands for the used language:

  	 0: USA
  	 1: Germany
  	 2: France
  	 3: UK
  	 4: Spain
  	 5: Italy
 	 6: Sweden
	 7: Switzerland (french)
	 8: Switzerland (german)
	 9: Turkey
	10: Finland
	11: Norway
	12: Denmark
	13: Saudi Arabia
	14: Holland
	15: Czechoslovakia
	16: Hungary

WinRec test at program start the '_AKP' cookie and tries to load the
correspondending AKP file. If this fails, WinRec uses the built in german
user interface.

AKP files are ASCII code and could be changed in every editor. Example:
