Quill version 1.01

Bit image export is currently only to IMG files - not TIF yet.

NVDI users should run NV_PATCH.PRG to patch NVDI.PRG (version 2.5 and
probably others) before using Tabby or Quill. Read NV_PATCH.TXT first.

Tabby users must use the version of the TABBY.PRG driver supplied with
Quill. (Quill will tell you if you don't)

Currently, booting-up with Quill as a desk accessory crashes with some 
boot configurations (you'll have to try and see) but I've found no 
problems when Quill is loaded (or unloaded) by Chameleon.
QUILL.PRG doesn't need to be renamed before loading by Chameleon.
