Just copy HOURGLAS.PRG into the AUTO folder of your boot drive (e.g. 
A:\AUTO or C:\AUTO).

ÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿ
HourGlass checks the mouse cursor every screen update. If it is the 
busy-bee or the houglass, it replaces the mouse cursor with the next in 
the sequence of hourglass mouse cursors.
