CROWD CONTROL(tm) LICENSE AGREEMENT

This is a legal agreement between you, the end user, and Sahalie Software, L.L.C..  By exercising the rights granted to you in this Agreement, you agree to be bound by its terms.  If you do not agree to the terms of the Agreement, select the No button and Crowd Control will not be installed.

1.  GRANT OF LICENSE.  This Software License Agreement grants you the right to use one copy of the Evaluation Version of Crowd Control 1.0  ("the Software") on one computer within your possession and control for 30 days.  For purposes of this section, "use" means loading the Software into RAM, as well as installation on a hard disk or other storage device.  

2.  COPYRIGHT.  The Software (including any images and text incorporated into the Software) is owned by Sahalie Software, L.L.C. and is protected by United States copyright laws and international treaty provisions.  Therefore, you must treat the Software like any other copyrighted material, except that you may make backup copies of the Software for archival purposes.  You may copy the written materials accompanying the Software for use by you or others in your organization.  

3.  LIMITED WARRANTY.  Sahalie Software, L.L.C. warrants that the Software will perform substantially in accordance with the accompanying written materials for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of receipt.  Any implied warranties on the Software are limited to sixty (60) days.  Some states do not allow limitations on duration of an implied warranty, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

4.  CUSTOMER REMEDIES.  Sahalie Software's entire liability and your exclusive remedy shall be, at Sahalie Software's options, either (a) return of the price paid or (b) repair or replacement of the Software that does not meet Sahalie Software's Limited Warranty and that is returned to Sahalie Software.  This Limited Warranty is void if failure of the Software has resulted from accident, abuse, neglect or misapplication.

5.  NO OTHER WARRANTIES.  Sahalie Software, L.L.C. disclaims all other warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to the Software and accompanying written materials.  This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights.  You may have others, which vary from state to state.

6.  NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.  In no event shall Sahalie Software L.L.C. or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use Software.  Because some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you.
