* installation notes:
  copy in_buzz.dll to your \winamp\plugins dir
  copy buzzplay.dll and dsplib.dll to your \windows, \windows\system or \winamp dir
  start Winamp, hit CTRL-P (preferences)
  Choose 'Illuminator Buzz Player v2.0 (x86)' from the Audio I/O page, click Configure.
  Browse for your buzz-dir and choose priority. (high is recommended)
  Click OK to close the config-box
  Click OK to close the preferences-box
  Click L (load) and pick your favourite buzz song

* bugs:
  - if you click prev/next song very fast you'll get a Read error in NT...
  - seeking may seem a bit strange ... 
  - possible many more, that only you can discover...
  
* misc: (especially plugin developers)
  could someone tell me how to tell winamp from an input-plugin when the source has
  finished playing it's song so winamp can skip to the next song? :)
