Sending a fax is simple - select the FaxNow! printer and choose print; specify one or more recipients either directly or from your phonebook; click OK and the fax is sent. If you need a coverpage, just select the checkbox. You can fax your document immediately or select the fax schedule option to send your faxes off-peak. Whatever you choose the result is an instant laser sharp fax with no queueing or chewed up paper, that a stand alone paper fax system cannot match.
FaxNow! comes with a fully featured phone book application which is totally integrated into the main fax application. The phone book also supports full import and export facilities so existing databases can be used within FaxNow!.
Fax Viewer is recognised as one of the best fax viewers available. A fax modem must be connected to at least one PC running Windows on your network, which then acts as a fax server for all others running FaxNow!. Fax server PCs do not need to be dedicated machines, so there is no need to tie up expensive hardware just to handle faxes. FaxNow! supports multiple, distributed servers for maximum fault tolerance and load sharing, eliminating the burden on your centralised file server, increasing reliablity and providing multiple line access to and from FaxNow!.
