FolderOpen is a small program that can open a folder from the command line,
it can open as many folders as specified. It will also bring the last folder
specified to the foreground by default, but can be turned off allowing the open
folder to remain in the background.

Using the program:
================
fo -? will display help

Examples:
fo c: d: will open the default view of drive c: and d: and bring d: to the foregound.
fo -b will open the default view of the current directory and leave it in the background.
