News The NetRexx Language Supplement is now available, documenting enhancements and the netrexx.lang package. A printable version of this can also be downloaded. [23 June 1997] The current refresh of the NetRexx reference implementation includes support for compiling mutually interdependent public classes (those that refer to each other, for example). See Using the NetRexx compiler in the NetRexx User's Guide for details, and also see the changes list for other recent improvements such as the new deprecated and shared keywords, and array initializers. [29 Jun 1997] Pierantonio Marchesini's NetRexx tutorial [11 Jun 1997] Max Marsiglietti's MaxBase database for NetRexx is now available [5 May 1997], along with a article in JavaZine. The 1997 Rexx symposium (April 22-24) included several NetRexx talks; see the abstracts for summaries and Jenny Szawlewicz's Rexx Symposium report. The documentation and source for the Tablet applet (shown above, if you are using a Java-enabled browser) have now been added to the Samples and examples. [13 Mar 1997] Martin Lafaix's devPad NetRexx Development Environment [7 Apr 1997] The reference implementation for NetRexx 1.101 is now available for downloading. This fully implements the language specification published in The NetRexx Language. [29 Jun 1997] The NetRexx 1.00 book, The NetRexx Language, has now been published.
