Fill in your time zone's daylight saving time identifier. It consists of three 
characters and can include blanks, but the first one must be a letter.

Insert the UTC deviation of your time zone's standard time (UTC is the same as 
GMT) 
Fill in the hours in the left field, optionally minutes and seconds in both 
center fields. 
You must not include a sign. Instead, select if your time zone is west or east 
of Greenwich.

the CONFIG.SYS.

soon as you close the Settings window.
