-m      - Publication format (no headers)
-n      - Use names for keys
-p      - Print in portrait mode
-q      - Do not show informational messages
-r      - Show romanji tables
-v      - Print additional information
-s:##   - Scale factor (40 - 120)
-x      - Show caps lock keys
-z      - Do not shade gray keys
-4      - Do not fold characters
