Notes on preregistered library:

1. 2 fonts were excluded because they had duplicate 31 character names. The relevant portion of the log file follows:

 Problem registering F:\TYPE1\C\CLASS__I.PFB
    Unable to register font because the font name Classica Medium Italic is already registered
    Previously registered font is F:\TYPE1\C\CLASS_MI.AFM
 Problem registering F:\TYPE1\Z\ZALESKI_.PFB
    Unable to register font because the font name Zaleski Capitals is already registered
    Previously registered font is F:\TYPE1\Z\ZALESCAP.AFM

2. 3 fonts were excluded because they did not have AFM files. The relevant portion of the log file follows:

 Problem registering F:\TYPE1\R\RRMODPAS.PFB
    Only *FM file found, RRMODPAS.PFM, is for Windows. Font not registered
 Problem registering F:\TYPE1\R\RR_FRGHT.PFB
    Only *FM file found, RR_FRGHT.PFM, is for Windows. Font not registered
 Problem registering F:\TYPE1\R\RR_PSNGR.PFB
    Only *FM file found, RR_PSNGR.PFM, is for Windows. Font not registered
