Notes on preregistered library:

1. 4 fonts were excluded because they had duplicate 31 character 
names. The relevant portion of the log file follows:

    Previously registered font is N:\PSFONTS\G_I\0309A___.AFM

    Unable to register font because the font name Bitstream Iowan Old
     Style Black is already registered
    Previously registered font is N:\PSFONTS\G_I\1202A___.AFM

2. No fonts were excluded because they caused a problem in OS/2
