         Where:

            s - is the SOURCE specification

            t - is the TARGET specification

         /opt - /F will cause the diskette to be formatted when

                   transfering from harddisk to diskette.



         One of the two specifications must be a valid diskette

           unit identifier (A: B: etc.).

         The other parameter must be a valid name of a harddisk

           file.
