It is possible to place text beside a figure (clipart platypus in this example) using the minipage enviroment Itemize _type 2 _alignment 1 _widthp 52

roman Just select with the mouse the text paragraphs you want to mark as minipages and then select on

default default Layout->Paragraph:ExtraOpt roman and press the default Minipage roman button and add a minipage width.
