 = Case insensitive search would ignore bit 5 entirely. This is way to
   insensitive ! HeD/2 uses a better algorithm now.

   in read only mode.

 + Editing past the end of files feature implemented. HeD/2 will now
   increase the file size if data is entered at the end of a file.

 + Press F11 for a neat Ascii Table (Not know ! run HeD/2 first).

 + Added a complicated, difficult to use, brain dead patch to allow
   code page switching. This one is really great !

 * Hey, you can really trim down your executables by using a fixed
   loading address. How you can do that ? Read EDMI3-3 !

 = Locked files would not be displayed as read/only. Fixed.

 = Fixed a minor bug in displaying function.

 = Alt-PgUp didn't work beyond the end of a file. Fixed.

 + HeD/2 will now attempt to lock a logical drive in order to get write
   access. Be very careful when hex editing a logical drive, a mistake
   can ruin the entire file system.

 + Added titles at windows.
