This is a sample DeScribe envelop and letterhead combination with a macro which will allow you to fill in the addressee information once and have it posted in both the letter and in the envelop. It should work, with some exceptions, namely directories are different on my system. Second, I've coverted all the fonts used to Times New Roman. Third, I'm using a generic postscript driver. Forth, the Macro calls the envelop template "Sobre - Paz" (Sobre being spanish for envelop.) Obviously, the files Letterhd and "Sobre - Paz" should be put into your Layout directory. The macro, "LetterPrompts" should be put into your Macro directory. to use, open a new file using the "Letterhd" layout. If the macro doesn't run, you need to set the document event to run the "LetterPrompts" macro. The way it should work, is you open a new document using the Letterhd layout. It will then pop up a dialog asking for Name, Address1, Address2, Address3, City/State/Zip, Country, and Salutation. Fill the ones you want. Unfortunately at this time, if you don't put data into one of the fields, you will end up with a blank line where that filed was in the file and envelop. You can simply delete it. (Describe desn't seem to be able to delete a search for an End-of-Paragraph mark from within a macro.) The Macro will then open a new Document using the "Sobre - Paz" template, and fill in the data into the fields there. The envelop should be set to "Manual Feed" and "Landscape" but things might get screwed up by bringing the files to your system.
