Convert is a utility to convert 4 or 8 Bytes between the formats: 

	Hexadecimal
	Binary
	ASCII
	Floating Point (IEEE) (single and double precision)
	8bit integer
	Unsigned Integer
	Signed Integer
        Packed Binary Coded Decimal with sign bit

Data may be entered in any of these formats.

An option to swap the bytes is also provided.

To install:
Place the REXXLIB.DLL in your path.  You must use this version of the DLL.
Place convert.exe and convert.hlp in a directory.   You should be ready to 
go.
