Do not download any message larger than  K
Ask about compacting folders when it will save over  K

News Messages Only	Lock
When it's time to clean up news messages: Keep messages that arrived within the past days Keep all news messages Keep the newest news messages Keep only unread news messages
Remove news message bodies older than days (Applies to Netscape Collabra for Microsoft Windows only)
