AutoConfig Define AutoConfig feature

AutoConfig URL: (The Communicator will get its settings from this URL) Append email address when polling AutoConfig URL (Communicator will automatically append a user's email address to the AutoConfig URL; for use with CGI scripts to return individualized settings) Poll the AutoConfig URL every minutes (Communicator will update its settings at this interval)
