Developer License Agreements
1. | A Web Designer & Hosting Services License: |
Grants the licensee the right to incorporate the selected product(s) into any Web site that they themselves develop and host on their server only. The licensee realises that they may not incorporate the licensed product into any Web site(s) that are either not developed by themselves (the licensee) or not hosted on their server. The licensee also understands that they may not re-sell the product(s) for any financial gain without the express written permission from Auscomp. | |
2. | An Intranet Developer License: |
Grants the licensee the right to incorporate the selected product(s) into any Intranet that they themselves develop only. The licensee realises that they may not incorporate the licensed product into any Intranet(s) that are not developed by themselves (the licensee). The licensee also understands that they may not re-sell the product(s) for any financial gain without the express written permission from Auscomp. | |
3. | A CD-ROM Developer License: |
Grants the licensee the right to incorporate the selected product(s) onto the CD-ROM as specifically titled and dated in the agreement form. The licensee also understands that they may not re-sell the product(s) for any financial gain without the express written permission from Auscomp. | |
4. | A CD-ROM Developer (50 Copy Volume Limit) License: |
Grants the licensee the right to incorporate the selected product into any CD-ROM that they themselves develop only, up to a MAXIMUM of 50 copies for each CD-ROM. If the volume exceeds 50 copies, then the licensee realises and agrees to purchase the standard CD-ROM license from Auscomp. The licensee also realises that they may not incorporate the licensed product into any CD-ROM(s) that are not developed by themselves (the licensee) and may not use this license for CD-ROM(s) where the volume exceeds 50 copies. The licensee also understands that they may not re-sell the product(s) for any financial gain without the express written permission from Auscomp. |
