History
In 1989, William R. Cotter, a prominent Seattle attorney, and Greg Davenport, one of the
nation's top flavor artists, teamed up to create Da Vinci Fine Chocolates, Ltd. In the midst
of Seattle's growing passion for coffee, the two owners discovered a need for high quality
flavored syrups. They put their chocolate making on hold to develop Da Vinci GourmetTM
flavored syrup line. Da Vinci Gourmet, Ltd. was born.
Flavor Collection
With over 70 flavors to choose from, Da Vinci GourmetTM offers flavors from Almond to
Tiramisu and Apple to Watermelon. New flavors are developed seasonally. For diet conscious
consumers, the new Light Sugar Free line made with NutrasweetTM offers all the flavor of the
Classic line without the calories. Look for the economical 750mL bottles and the convenient 187mL
bottles in both Classic and Light Sugar Free.
