BRANDY CREAM:


Let 1 pint of vanilla ice cream soften slightly in a 1-1/2 quart bowl. Add 6 tbsp. Napoleon Brandy and blend thoroughly. Re-freeze.


TO MAKE THE FLOAT:


In a 16-oz. glass, prepare a double-short Americano. Let cool slightly. Fill glass with Brandy Cream. Serve with a tall spoon.
