Shipping Terms and Conditions
The following payment methods are accepted:
NYSTYLE will accept international orders where stated for selected vendors (the shipping price will reflect International shipping charges).
We are required by law to collect state and local taxes on merchandise shipped to a New York state address.
Orders are usually shipped within a day of receipt of your order. Please allow a further 2 - 8 days for UPS delivery. For overnight express shipping, orders must be submitted by 12 noon EST (Mon thru Fri). Express delivery is not available for Post Office boxes. Weekend and holiday orders are shipped the next business day. Due to high demand and backordering, we may not have your entire order available for immediate shipment. Your credit card will not be charged until the merchandise is shipped. If we cannot ship your order within 30 days, we will notify you with an update of your order and the option to cancel.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we want to know. Please call (212) 633-0165 between 9 am and 6pm, Eastern time, Monday through Friday, and ask for the Customer Service Manager.
So that our employees may spend the holidays with their families, our phones will not be staffed on New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving or Christmas.
At the time of publication, all merchandise is scheduled to be in stock. However, since high demand can sometimes cause backordering, it is best to order early.
Please return any item that does not satisfy you completely within 30 days.
NYSTYLE will issue credits for returned merchandise (re-order
desired items for exchange). If you are returning merchandise,
use the return label you'll find enclosed in your package with the
packing slip and send your package to us via insured and prepaid Mail or
UPS (for your protection and to ensure prompt delivery). Shipping
fees are not refundable. Refunds are issued promptly upon receipt
of the returned item. Please allow two weeks for refund checks
if you have paid by check.
