My proposal is for IdeaNet, an electronic and print Global Suggestions Box, a linking-up of as many as possible of the idea-gathering organisations (IGOs we may call them) around the world.

Already existing computer networks such as USENET, BITNET, PeaceNet, EcoNet or SeniorNet - and new emerging networks - could be used to link these IGOs up.
