The Fogou Reveals its Secrets

Introduction:

In the April edition of The Weaver I explained how the Iron Age site where I live was about to be investigated by 'Time Team', an archaeological program for Channel 4 TV. At the end of March this peaceful spot was invaded by over 60 people, specialists from all over the country, along with crates of hi-tec equipment, a crane and a helicopter. Much came from it, some of it factual and easily described, and some of it nebulous and still emerging.
