When I look at your sister's house, I get a very strong impression that she is living on land that had once been used for ancient fertility/female rites. It was a celebration for woman to call back their power. While I do not see anything negative or sinister about that location, but I do get the feeling that the occurrences that your sister has experienced happened when she was not in her own power or when male energy tried to dominate the location.

In order to be in more harmony with the site where your sister's home is located, she and her family must become more attuned with the cycles of the earth, moon and seasons. They should recognize the planting and harvesting seasons as well as the tides and other earth changes such as volcanic activity. The choice of Tarot cards or any divination tool is a very personal thing. While there are a many different Tarot decks as well as other non-tarot card decks to choose from, the cards that I enjoy and vibrate with may not be appropriate for where you are on your path. When searching for a new deck of tarot cards or other any kind of divination tool, check to see if there is an accompanying book to go with that particular deck. Read the description of a card or two so that you can get an idea as to the type of symbols used in the deck. Look at the pictures or illustrations on the cards. (Please do not open any sealed decks of cards, instead, ask the store owner if there is an open sample deck, or check to see if the card illustrations appear in the associated book.) By looking at the illustrations and readings the associated descriptions, you will get a good idea as the overall feeling and intent of the deck. Once you have narrowed down your selection to one or two decks, hold a deck close to your heart and ask your higher self it this is the right deck for you. I'm sure the answer will follow... RL
