E-Mail forum on Alchemy

This is a moderated forum on alchemy conducted by E-mail, where you can contribute and share ideas with others interested in this subject. It was set up on the 5th July 1995. As of 16th July 1996 there are 330 subscribers. To date there have been over 4000 postings to this forum. There can be about five or more messages a day.

To subscribe just send a E-Mail to listserv@levity.com with the words 'SUBSCRIBE alchemy-list' and your full name (your real name - not your E-mail address) in the message. You will then automatically receive all the postings to this forum.

Once you have subscribed, you can contribute to a topic by E-mailing to Alchemypost@colloquium.co.uk. Please remember to fill in the subject field when posting a contribution, as this will help other contributors to identify what your message is responding to, or whether you are introducing a new subject.

If you want to cease receiving the postings to this forum, please send an E-Mail to listserv@levity.com with the words 'SIGNOFF alchemy-list'.

Before subscribing to the Alchemy Forum please ensure that your Internet provider can ensure 24 hours per day E-mail service - otherwise messages sent to you just get returned as undeliverable. I will have to remove people from the automatic mailing list if their messages are consistently returned. If you do not receive any messages for a week or so, then you will have been de-subscribed due to the fact that your E-Mail service is returning all your mail.
