NGC-6946 Spiral Galaxy in Cepheus. Size 9'x7.5' with a magnitude of 9.7 The distant from us is about 20 million light years, just beyond our 'local group' of galaxies. It is receeding from us at 200 miles per second. Imaged with a ST-6 CCD camera, Tri-colour RGB 10-10-10 minutes.
