WebDataServer Documentation

WebDataServer allows you to quickly and easily make your data available to users via a WebStar web server either on the World Wide Web or on your own IntraNet. WebDataServer is a Macintosh cgi application which reads in your text files (delimited by tabs, commas or any other character you use) and sends the data to users in response to queries posted from web forms. The format of responses is controlled by template files which you set up.

Read the following documents to learn how to configure and manage WebDataServer. Skip to QuickStart when you get bored. It might be easiest when starting out to ignore the concept of datasets.

You might also want to try using the demos and looking at their configuration and template files.
