Shareware Version
Evaluation and Registration

THIS IS NOT FREE SOFTWARE.  You may use this software for evaluation
purposes without charge for a period of 30 days.  Should you wish
to use this software after the evaluation period, you MUST obtain
a license by registering.  An ordering form may be accessed and
printed out from the Help file.  You may also choose to register by
e-mailing the registration form to the author, and sending the
payment via postal mail.

Unregistered use of UnitStar after the 30-day evaluation period
is in violation of U.S. and international copyright laws and
conventions.


Distribution

As long as you are distributing the shareware version, you can
make as many copies as you wish, provided that they are exact
copies and include this notice.

You may charge a small fee to cover duplication, postage, and
handling costs.  The fee may not exceed two-hundred percent (200%)
of the sum of all such costs.  You MAY distribute the software on the
same media (e.g. disk or DVD) with other shareware products AS LONG
AS UnitStar remains a distinct and separate program, ALL FILES
originally packaged are RETAINED, and it is made clear that further
payment is required to continue using UnitStar.

Should you decide to register the software, you WILL NOT distribute
the registered version.  Doing so would be in violation of U.S. laws
and International Treaties.


Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of
New Jersey, the United States of America.

THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND
WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY
OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
