These type 1 midi files were created using Passport's MUSIC TIME 
composing software. The files work best using the Windows 3.1
multimedia player after editing the midimapper file to include
your soundcard midi driver on all channels. Some of this music
uses up to nine channels at a time.

Most of the music is from the Baroque period and before. Some are
by myself. All are public domain and may be altered to suit your
taste.

Some of you may find that after importing these midi files back into
a score generating application, (like MUSIC TIME) and some minor
editing, the music can be played by various groups of instruments.
My intention has been to arrange for groups of recorders but other
instrumental combinations are possible.
