You'll need to try annoying Colossus quite a bit.

Look at the column just to his right.

Try sawing it in half.

You should be able to find the right tools if you go fishing.

Have you ever heard of cloud fishing before?

I haven't, but you can do it.  Look for a hole in the clouds.

There's one on the cloud screen.  Just use a fishing rod in the hole to get a
sawfish.
