How can I get the red wisp?

Hint 1 of 14:

Like the yellow wisp, the red one is attracted by something of a similar
color.

You'll find a bit of blood towards the bottom half of the screen.

Hint 3 of 14:

Blood is a liquid.  You should have an item in your inventory good for
scooping up liquids.

Hint 4 of 14:

Use the ladle on the blood to get it.

Hint 5 of 14:

The blood isn't enough, though.  You'll need a container in which to trap the
wisp as well.

The bottle that the pirate is drinking from might be of some use.

Hint 7 of 14:

I'm sure the pirate doesn't like the taste of blood.

Hint 8 of 14:

So put the blood in his bottle, and you can take it from him.

All you need now is something to stop up the bottle.

Before you can solve this puzzle, you will first need to look at your
surroundings in a new light (literally).

In specific, try green light.  See the "What's the general idea here?"
question if you don't know how to change the color of the light in this
location.

Hint 12 of 14:

Under green light, you should be able to find a cork on top of the green
hand.

Hint 13 of 14:

Now use the bottle near the red wisp's location.

Put it on the pedestal.
