The butterfly can found in the Fields of Frotzen.

Hint 6 of 10:

Butterflies are attracted to sweet things.

Hint 7 of 10:

Sweet things like the Nectar in the Goblet the Implementors offered you.

Hint 8 of 10:

Now you just have to turn it back into a caterpillar.  Have you found any
object that may have powers over time?
