How do I get oxygen in the capacitance array?

There are controls on the wall that you should be able to use.

Hint 2 of 4:

Once you've entered the room, go to the door to engineering, and then look up
and to the right.  You should be able to reach a control panel from there.

Hint 3 of 4:

Then, examine the control panel, and when the diagram of the station is
displayed, select the capacitance array in the upper right corner.  Click on
it again to repressurize the room.

Hint 4 of 4:

There may also be something blocking the hatch to the habitat wing -- if
there is, you won't be able to pressurize the capacitance array until you've
taken care of the blockage.
