DEMO LICENSE

PLEASE READ THIS SOFTWARE DEMO LICENSE AGREEMENT ('LICENSE') 
CAREFULLY BEFORE PRESSING THE 'Yes' BUTTON BELOW.  BY PRESSING 
'Yes,'   YOU WILL BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE.  
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE, PRESS 'No' 
AND RETURN THE SOFTWARE TO THE PLACE WHERE YOU OBTAINED IT 
(OR RETURN IT TO FASA INTERACTIVE TECHNOLOGIES, INC., 
676 NORTH ST. CLAIR ST, SUITE 1045, CHICAGO, IL 60611).

FASA Interactive Technologies, Inc. (FIT) is the owner of the 
demonstration software program(s) recorded on the diskette(s), 
or CD-ROM, which has been provided to you (Demo Disk).  By 
loading and running your copy of the Demo Disk, you will have 
a non-exclusive right to use it, only as follows, and FIT 
reserves all other rights:

Permitted Uses:  You may give your copy of the Demo Disk to 
another party, provided that the other party agrees to be bound 
by the terms of this license.  You also may make copies of the 
Demo Disk to give to others as long as (1) you do not charge 
anything for those copies, and (2) all copyright and/or other 
notices contained in the Demo Disk, and this license agreement, 
are reproduced and placed all copies made.

Prohibited Uses: You may not sell lease, rent or sublicense any 
copies of the Demo Disk to any other person.  You may not modify, 
translate or reverse engineer, or prepare any derivative works of, 
the software programs recorded in the Demo Disk.

Term:  You may terminate your right to use the Demo Disk as 
provided in this license agreement by destroying the Demo Disk and 
documentation, if any, and all copies made of the Demo Disk in your 
possession.  Your right to use the Demo Disk under this license 
agreement also will terminate if you fail to comply with any term or 
condition of this license agreement.  Upon such termination, you 
agree to destroy all copies of the Demo Disk and documentation in 
your possession.

No Warranty or Liability:  You agree that Demo Disk is provided to 
you on an "AS IS" basis only, with no warranties whatsoever.  You 
further agree that FIT will have no liability of any kind to you or 
anyone else because the Demo Disk is provided to you free of charge 
and without any warranties.
